Our engineering team is involved with the program management of your project from the first time we receive CAD files of your part (or sketch of your concept) to the design and manufacturing of the required extrusion and fabrication tools, the sampling of the tool for your approval of the part, and then through repeated production runs for the life of the program. We design and build all extrusion and fabrication tools in-house, including most of our secondary extrusion equipment like pullers and traveling saws. Our in-house tooling facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art wire EDM machines and CNC machining centers utilizing CAD/CAM design and programming software. This allows us to go from concept and design to tooling and production efficiently and cost-effectively.

We partner with you providing Design For Manufacturability (DFM) assistance to ensure the most cost effective and functional design for your project. Our engineers utilize the latest in AutoCad Inventor and Solid Edge CAD modeling technologies to assist you in optimizing the design. Our team of engineers and highly skilled tooling technicians work together to design and manufacture tooling for small prototype through large production runs in order to guarantee the fastest turn around time.
